Tracking

Tracking your parcel with GlobalParcels LLC is simple. Visit our homepage and enter your tracking number in the "Track Your Shipment" box, then click Track. Your tracking number can be found in your booking confirmation email.

You can also download our mobile app for iOS or Android to track your parcel on the go and receive push notifications at every delivery milestone.

Your tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your booking is confirmed. It follows the format GP-XXXXXXXXX. Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from GlobalParcels LLC.

If you created an account, you can also log in and view all your active shipments under "My Shipments".

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during customs processing, weekends, or when shipments are in transit between major hubs. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

If there has been no update for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team with your tracking number and we'll investigate immediately.

Yes! If you have a GlobalParcels account, your dashboard shows all active shipments in one place with live status updates. For business customers on our Business or Corporate plans, bulk tracking via our API is also available.

Shipping

We offer four core services:

  • Road Freight — Nationwide US and cross-border delivery with GPS tracking
  • Sea Freight — FCL and LCL container shipping to 200+ ports worldwide
  • Air Cargo — 24–72 hour international express freight
  • Warehousing — Secure US storage with pick, pack and fulfilment

GlobalParcels LLC ships to over 200 countries and territories worldwide from our US base. We cover all major destinations in Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America and the Pacific.

Yes. The following items are prohibited on all GlobalParcels services:

  • Dangerous goods, explosives or flammable materials
  • Illegal substances or controlled drugs
  • Live animals or perishables (without prior arrangement)
  • Currency, precious metals or negotiable instruments
  • Items prohibited by the destination country's import laws

Getting a quote takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Get a Quote" button on any page, enter your shipment origin, destination, weight and dimensions, and we'll instantly show you your options and pricing.

No account is needed to get a quote. If you're a business with high volumes, contact our sales team for custom pricing.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the service selected:

  • Air Cargo: 24–72 hours to major international hubs
  • Road Freight (US domestic): 1–5 business days
  • Sea Freight: 10–35 days depending on destination port

Exact delivery estimates are shown at the time of booking based on your specific route.

We back all shipments with our On-Time Delivery Guarantee. If your parcel is delayed beyond the agreed delivery window due to an error on our part, we will refund your shipping cost in full.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact our support team and we will provide a full update within 2 hours.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, our driver will leave a delivery notification card. You can then:

  • Schedule a free redelivery via our app or website
  • Redirect the parcel to a neighbour or safe location
  • Collect from your nearest GlobalParcels hub

Yes. For US domestic road freight, we offer same-day dispatch for shipments booked before 2PM EST. Next-day delivery is available to most major US cities. International same-day is available via our Air Cargo express service.

Billing & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, bank transfer and ACH payments. Business account holders can also request monthly invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

Yes. Full refunds are available if you cancel your shipment more than 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of collection may incur a small handling fee.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

No. We believe in full pricing transparency. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Customs duties and import taxes charged by destination countries are separate and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise agreed.

Customs & Imports

Yes. Our in-house customs team handles all import and export documentation, duties calculation and compliance for sea and air freight shipments. Customs clearance is included as part of our full-service options.

Customs duties and import taxes are typically the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country's government and are separate from our shipping fees.

For business clients, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangements where all duties are pre-paid by the sender. Contact our team for DDP pricing.

Customs holds are common and usually resolved within 2–5 business days. Your tracking page will show a "Held in Customs" status with details. Our customs team will proactively contact you if any additional documentation is required.

If you have concerns, contact our support team with your tracking number and we'll check the status immediately.

My Account

No. You can get a quote and book a shipment without creating an account. However, creating a free account gives you access to your full shipment history, saved addresses, faster checkout and exclusive business pricing.

Click "Sign In" on the navigation bar, then click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing. From there you can upgrade your plan instantly. For Corporate plan enquiries, please contact our sales team directly for a custom arrangement.
